As the night started to pitch in, food and refreshments were taken before the final push to complete the tournament in our new favourite venue.

The new team on the block was the big reveal at the Tottenham Court Road games workshop…
Amazons were the surprise choice. A big change especially after he had stated that the team had dwarves in it !
El C was thinking more along the lines of Chorfs and Centaurs!!
The rolls were made and the first semi final from the pool groups (amazons, tomb kings, skaven and renegades)
Was lined up as Renegades v Amazons
Better known as Crystal Malice v Viper Queens.
El G was keen to point out that this was the ladies first game and that their paint job was only half finished!
I never trust big guys !! El G relished in an early fail for Malcolm as he screamed at the bar making the bar maid run for cover. The quiet atmosphere suited the nerds in their corner 🙂
The renegades quickly gathered the ball but couldn’t hold of it as the queens stormed in to disrupt with their pumped up calves!
But wait what’s this ? One-armed Bob shows tremendous skill to catch the ball, even though it isn’t shaped like a pint! He was on his way to star 
player status.
Inspired by Bob, Malcolm gets up and running to support him.
The amazons cause carnage , making the ball bounce around like a poga stick.
But even the ladies have trouble controlling the ball and it’s soon back on the floor.
Gobbo tries to steal it but falls over d’oh. Unlike the coaches , Gobbo isn’t drinking the 0% Guinness!!
Malcolm storms over the ball and keeps going, taking the ladies with him, Orco can only watch in disbelief

Despite clearly being the better team the Vipers end up with nothing in the first half. Will the second half prove more fruitful?
Unfortunately at this point the Camera man has disappeared, delirious with his half time bet that the Crystal Malice get the win based on a 0-0 draw decided somewhat dubiously by casualties.
Over to the second semi-final.

How is it decided? Oh, it’s by casualties in this high scoring and exciting game. Tomb kings win on casualties. El Graucho smugly congratulates his team.
Next time – it’s the final Scaraboro Town and Crystal Malice for the winners, and Viper Queesn v Stabby Runners
